Using the Remove Terralith Intro Message Mod on a Server

Where the mod belongs

The intro message is triggered when a world is created, which on a server happens on the server side. That means the removal needs to be present where world generation occurs — the server — not only on clients.

Server setup steps

1. Install the mod into the server's mods folder, matching the server's loader (Fabric server needs the Fabric build, NeoForge/Forge server needs that build).

2. Make sure Terralith itself is installed on the server in the same way it was before, since this mod only suppresses the message and does not replace Terralith.

3. Restart the server fully — a reload is not enough for mod loading changes.

4. Generate a fresh test world (or a new dimension/world folder) and watch the server console and in-game chat. The Terralith intro line should not appear.

5. Clients do not need the mod for the message to be suppressed, but keeping client and server mod lists consistent avoids confusion and join warnings.

Notes for existing servers

Worlds that already generated will not re-show the message, so you cannot verify on them. If players report seeing the message on a brand-new world, confirm the server actually loaded the mod by checking its startup log for the mod's name.
