How to Use the Mod with OptiFine and Custom Pack Colors

Compatibility Basics

Remove Reloading Screen Mod is built to work alongside OptiFine. When both are installed, resource packs still load in the background, and OptiFine features such as connected textures and custom entity models continue to function once loading completes.

Getting Custom Colors to Apply

Some resource packs ship custom color properties, for example for grass, foliage, or sky. These are read during the reload. To make sure they take effect:

1. Apply the pack that contains the custom colors.

2.

3. If colors look wrong, reload once more so the color properties are re-read.

4. Confirm OptiFine's own quality settings are not overriding pack colors.

Avoiding Conflicts

1. Do not run two mods that both rewrite the loading screen; pick one.

2. Keep OptiFine and this mod on matching game versions.

3. If you see flickering textures after a reload, reload a second time to let both mods settle.

4. Test with only OptiFine plus this mod and one pack before adding more, so you can tell which component causes any visual glitch.

Result

With both installed correctly, you get OptiFine's visual features plus non-blocking reloads, and pack-defined colors apply normally after loading finishes.
