Remove a Crafting Recipe Using EMI

Quick Removal with Developer Mode

The fastest way to delete unwanted recipes is through EMI's built-in integration.

1. Make sure EMI mod is installed alongside Reliable Recipes Mod

2. Enable developer mode in EMI settings

3. Open your crafting menu or EMI's recipe viewer

4. Hover your mouse over the recipe output (the finished item) you want to remove

5. Press the Delete key on your keyboard

6. The mod automatically generates a JSON file in your config folder

What Happens Next

The recipe is immediately removed from your game. Reliable Recipes Mod creates the necessary JSON configuration file without requiring you to write any code. If you're using Reliable Removal mod alongside this, blocked recipes will be hidden from menus automatically.
