Customize Glass GUI Transparency and Color

Accessing ReGlass Configuration

ReGlass Mod stores its visual settings in the mod's configuration files. Locate your mod config folder (usually config/reglass/ or similar in your game directory) to find the main settings file.

Adjusting Transparency Levels

Open the configuration file with a text editor. Look for opacity or alpha settings that control how transparent the glass panels appear. Lower values increase transparency; higher values make panels more opaque. Adjust these values to suit your preference—some players prefer nearly invisible glass for minimal visual obstruction, while others prefer slightly frosted panels for better contrast.

Modifying Color Tints

If ReGlass supports color customization, you'll find RGB or hex color values in the config. Modify these to change the tint of your glass surfaces across all menus. Save the file, then restart your game or use /reload if the mod supports it.

Testing Your Changes

Open any container, crafting table, or inventory screen to preview your new glass aesthetic. If you're unsatisfied, return to the config file and make further adjustments until the visual style matches your preference.
