Improve Sky and Cloud Appearance
Access Sky Settings
Open the Shader Settings and navigate to the sky or atmosphere section. Here you'll find controls for clouds, sky color, and celestial effects.
Enhance Cloud Detail
Increase cloud quality or detail settings to make clouds appear more realistic and textured. Higher settings create more defined cloud shapes and better volumetric effects. This is most noticeable during sunrise and sunset.
Boost Sky Colors
Adjust sky color saturation and brightness to make sunrise and sunset more vibrant. Refrax provides enhanced color gradients during these times—increasing saturation makes these moments more visually striking.
Control Cloud Density
Modify cloud coverage to change how many clouds appear in your sky. Lower density gives clearer skies; higher density creates more dramatic, overcast atmospheres.
Adjust Ambient Light
Some sky settings control overall ambient brightness. Tweaking this affects how bright or dim the world appears under different sky conditions, influencing the overall mood of your gameplay.
Test at Different Times
Visit your world at different times of day to see how your sky settings look during sunrise, noon, sunset, and night. This ensures your configuration looks good throughout the full day cycle.
