Combine Redstone and Vanilla Beacon Blocks

Mixed Material Bases

The mod allows you to build beacon bases using both redstone blocks and vanilla mineral blocks (iron, gold, diamond, netherite) in the same structure. This flexibility lets you design beacons that suit your aesthetic preferences or resource availability.

Building a Hybrid Base

1. Decide your layer composition—you can mix block types freely

2. Place your first layer with any combination of redstone and mineral blocks in a square

3. Stack the second layer (smaller) with your chosen blocks

4. Add the third layer (smallest) with any block type

5. Crown with your beacon block

Payment Flexibility

When using a mixed-material base, you can power it with either redstone dust or the corresponding ingots for the mineral blocks used. This gives you options based on what resources you have available.

Experiment with different color combinations to create visually striking beacon bases that match your base's architecture while maintaining full functionality.
