How to See Every Crafting Recipe in the Recipe Book

Opening the Recipe Book

Once the mod is active, open any crafting table or your inventory's crafting grid. Click the recipe book icon (the small book button next to the crafting grid) to expand the recipe list. With Recipe Unlocker installed, recipes that would normally appear greyed out or hidden are now available to browse. You do not need to have picked up the ingredients first — the mod removes the unlock requirement, so the full list is visible immediately.

Browsing and Filtering

Use the search field at the top of the recipe book to type an item name. The list filters as you type, which is the fastest way to find a specific recipe. You can also toggle between crafting table recipes and furnace/smelting recipes using the tabs at the top of the book, and scroll through pages with the arrows at the bottom. Clicking a recipe highlights it in the grid so you can see the exact shape and ingredient placement.

Crafting From the Book

Once a recipe is selected, click it again (or use the craft-all button) to move the required ingredients from your inventory into the grid automatically, provided you actually have them. The mod only unlocks the *knowledge* of the recipe — it does not give you free items. This is the key distinction: you can always see how to craft something, but you still need the materials.
