Some items—especially those from mods—have names that aren't immediately obvious. Recipe Commands Mod's auto-complete system helps you discover the exact name without guessing.

Steps:

1. Open chat and type /recipes or /rec

2. Begin typing part of the item name you're looking for (e.g., the mod name, material, or purpose)

5. The recipe displays automatically

Tips for Searching

• Start with a distinctive word from the item name
• If searching for a tool, try typing the material first (e.g., /rec iron)
• Mod items often include the mod's name as a prefix—try that if basic searches don't work

Auto-complete narrows results as you type, so you don't need the full name. This feature is invaluable when you're unfamiliar with a modpack's item naming conventions or when dealing with items that have similar names.
