Prepare Your Campfire

Before cooking, ensure your campfire is actively burning. Follow the standard lighting procedure: place the campfire, add a log by right-clicking with it in hand, then ignite it with flint and steel.

Cook Your Food

1. Hold raw food (raw beef, chicken, pork, etc.) in your hand.

2. Right-click on the active campfire while holding the food.

3. The food will cook and drop as a cooked item near the fire.

Timing Considerations

Since your campfire has limited burn time, plan your cooking accordingly. If you're cooking multiple items, prepare additional logs and flint and steel nearby so you can relight the fire if needed. Cooking multiple stacks of food may require relighting partway through, so monitor your fire's status while cooking.
