Move away from the hive and wait; bees that have lost aggro will calm down after a short time, and the stinger effect on you fades on its own after about 30 seconds. If a bee already stung you, shears are needed to remove the stinger if it's stuck in you.

Realistic Bees shrinks bees to 25% of vanilla size by default, which is intentional. You can change this in the config, where bee size is adjustable from very tiny up to larger than vanilla.

Each natural bee spawn in this mod triggers extra bees, with the default being 9 additional bees per spawn. This is configurable if you want fewer or more bees appearing at once.
