How to Reduce Motion Sickness While Using Real Camera Mod

Why the Camera Feels Intense

The mod adds realistic head movement, which can trigger motion sickness in some players. The main culprits are camera sway, bobbing, and smoothing that makes the view drift behind your input.

Steps to Calm the Camera

1. Open the mod's config from the main menu or mod menu.

2. Lower or disable head bobbing first — this is the biggest offender.

3. Reduce camera smoothing toward zero so the view tracks your mouse tightly.

4. Turn off any roll/tilt on strafe option if present.

5. If the mod has a first-person only toggle, make sure it is not also affecting third-person views you rely on.

In-Game Adjustments

Also check vanilla settings: lower your FOV slightly, and consider disabling view bobbing in Minecraft's own options if the mod respects it. Test by walking in a straight line, then strafing. If you still feel off, disable the mod's camera effects entirely through its config and re-enable features one at a time until you find a comfortable balance. Many players keep only a very light sway.
