How to Get Started with Re Avaritia: Your First Singularity
Re Avaritia is an endgame mod, so the first thing to understand is that almost everything it adds is gated behind massive resource collection. The entry point is the Singularity system.
Gathering the Base Materials
You will need enormous quantities of a single vanilla resource. Each singularity type corresponds to one material (iron, gold, diamond, redstone, and so on). Start by automating or mass-farming one resource you already have plenty of — a mob farm for iron, a tree farm, or a quarry works well. Do not try to hand-mine these amounts; the numbers are deliberately absurd.
Compressing Into a Singularity
Once you have your stockpile, you compress the material through the mod's compression chain. The exact tier names follow the pattern of Compressed, Double Compressed, and so on, ending in a Singularity. Check the crafting recipes in JEI/REI for the specific counts — they are large and tiered, so build the intermediate compressed blocks first, then combine them.
What to Do With It
A Singularity is a crafting ingredient, not a tool. Its main use is feeding into the Extreme Crafting Table and related endgame stations. Make one singularity first to learn the loop, then scale up to the materials you actually need for gear. Expect this to take real time even with automation.
