Checking Your Installation

After running the Quilt Installer, you should verify that everything set up properly before adding mods.

How to Confirm

1. Open your Minecraft Launcher

2. Look for a new profile with "Quilt" in its name

3. Select that profile and click "Play"

5. Once in-game, open your inventory and look at the bottom-left corner of the screen

6. You should see text indicating Quilt is loaded (typically showing loader information)

If Something Went Wrong

If the game won't launch or you don't see Quilt confirmation:

• Check that you selected the correct Minecraft version in the installer
• Ensure your Java installation is up to date
• Try running the Quilt Installer again for the same version
• Check your launcher's logs for error messages

Once you see Quilt loaded in-game, you're ready to add mods to your installation.
