Troubleshoot Keybinds Not Working
Check for Key Conflicts
Verify that your assigned Quickskin keybind isn't already bound to another action in Minecraft or another mod. Open your controls menu and search for the key you assigned—if it appears elsewhere, rebind it to an unused key.
Confirm the Keybind is Saved
After assigning a keybind, close the settings menu completely. Re-open the keybind settings to confirm your key assignment was saved. If it reverted to default or blank, try assigning it again and ensure you're clicking the correct confirmation button.
Test in a Fresh World
Load into a new creative world and test your keybind. This isolates whether the issue is mod-related or caused by your current world's state. If it works in a fresh world, your configuration is correct.
Verify Mod is Active
Confirm Quickskin Mod is actually loaded. Check your mod list in the main menu or use the mod menu if available. If the mod isn't listed, reinstall it and restart Minecraft.
Try Default Keys
If custom keybinds still fail, reset to the mod's default keybinds and test those. This helps determine if the problem is your configuration or the mod itself.
