QuantumFlux Materials and World Gen

The mod adds several materials required for high-tech crafting:

• Titanium Ore: Spawns in the Overworld, typically at lower Y-levels. It is slightly rarer than Diamond. Smelting it yields Titanium Ingots.
• Fluxed Crystal: Created by smelting Redstone and Quartz together. It is a core component in Quibit Clusters.
• Dark Matter: An advanced material used for the highest tiers of storage and the Battle Suit.
• Darkstone: A decorative stone found in the world or crafted. It can be processed into pillars, tiles, and lamps.
