Adjust Water Clarity and Reflection Intensity
Access Shader Settings
Open the Shader Options menu while in-game by pressing the designated key (usually found in your controls). Look for the Prizm Shaders configuration panel.
Customize Water Appearance
Locate the water-related settings, typically grouped under "Water" or "Liquids." You'll find sliders controlling:
- Water Transparency: Adjust how far you can see through water. Lower values create murkier water; higher values make it crystal clear.
- Wave Reflection Strength: Control how pronounced the surface reflections appear. Reduce this if reflections feel too intense, or increase for more dramatic effects.
- Refraction: Fine-tune how light bends through water, affecting underwater visibility and distortion.
Apply and Test
After adjusting each setting, swim in different water bodies to see the changes. Ocean water, rivers, and still lakes will respond differently. Return to settings if you want further refinement.
Performance Note
Higher water quality settings may impact frame rates slightly on lower-end systems. If you notice stuttering, reduce reflection intensity or transparency distance to find your balance.
