Restore Default Skies for Specific Biomes

Identifying Which Biomes to Restore

If you want to keep Private's Skies overall but revert certain biomes to vanilla appearance, you'll need to replace those specific biome files with unmodified versions.

Reverting Individual Biome Skies

1. Locate the biome configuration file you want to restore in the resource pack

2. Replace it with the corresponding vanilla Minecraft sky configuration (found in the default resource pack)

3. Alternatively, delete the biome file entirely—the game will fall back to default behavior

4. Reload your resource pack in-game

Verifying the Change

Travel to the restored biome and confirm the sky has returned to vanilla appearance. If you're unsure which file corresponds to which biome, check the resource pack's documentation or file naming conventions. Keep a backup of the original Private's Skies files before making deletions. This approach lets you enjoy the pack's aesthetic enhancements selectively while preserving vanilla skies where you prefer them.
