Enable Custom Font Shading in Chat and Menus

Activate the Resource Pack

First, ensure Prism Glyph Standard is selected in your resource pack list. Open Options > Resource Packs, locate the pack in the available list, and click the arrow to move it to Selected. The order matters—place it above packs that modify text if you want Prism Glyph's shading to take priority.

Verify Font Settings

Once active, open Options > Language and confirm your language is set correctly. The pack automatically applies colored shadow effects to all text in that language. Return to the main menu and chat to see the shaded characters in action.

Optional: Fine-Tune with Respackopts

If you have Respackopts installed alongside this pack, you can access additional font customization options. Check the mod's settings menu for toggles that let you adjust shadow intensity, color depth, or disable shading for specific UI elements. Without Respackopts, the pack uses its default configuration automatically.

The shading effect should now appear on thousands of characters across menus, item tooltips, and server chat.
