Disable Restrictions Temporarily or Permanently

You may want to turn off Portal Restrict Mod's restrictions for testing, creative mode, or specific players. This guide covers how to disable the mod's blocking behavior.

Disabling Restrictions

1. Open your Portal Restrict Mod configuration file

2. Look for a global enable/disable setting or a list of restricted portals

3. If there is a master toggle, set it to disabled

4. Alternatively, remove all portals from the restriction list so no dimensions are locked

5. Save your configuration and reload

Per-Dimension Control

If you only want to unlock specific dimensions:

1. Find the configuration section for each dimension

2. Remove it from the restricted list or set its required item to "none"

3. Save and reload

After making changes, test by walking into portals without holding any items. You should pass through freely. Remember to reconfigure restrictions if you want to re-enable them later.
