How to Attach Scopes, Suppressors, and Other Attachments
Attachments turn a basic firearm into a specialized tool. Point Blank includes scopes (ACOG, Aimpoint, Canted Rail), suppressors, muzzle brakes, and grips. Knowing how to mount them is essential.
Attaching an Attachment
Open the Arms Dealer Workstation or the gun's attachment interface (depends on how your version handles it). Place the gun and the attachment into the appropriate slots. Most attachments require the gun to have a compatible rail or mount — not every gun accepts every scope. If the attachment will not go on, the gun likely lacks the correct mounting point.
What Each Attachment Does
- Scopes (ACOG, Aimpoint, Canted Rail): Improve aiming, zoom, or provide backup sights. Canted rails let you tilt the gun for close-range sights.
- Suppressors: Reduce the noise radius so nearby mobs or players are less likely to hear the shot. They may also slightly reduce damage.
- Muzzle Brakes: Reduce recoil, improving follow-up shot accuracy.
- Grips (like the AK-47 Romanian Grip): Improve handling and recoil control.
Tips
- Suppressors are ideal for stealth builds or night operations.
- Scopes help at range but can be awkward in tight spaces — carry a canted sight as backup.
- Test attachments at a shooting range or open area before relying on them in combat.
