How to Apply Weapon Skins
Skins let you customize the appearance of your guns without changing their stats. Point Blank includes skins like the M4A1 ASIIMOV, L96A1 HYPERBEAST, and M4 SOPMOD II Bartender.
Getting Skins
Skins are items you obtain through crafting, loot, or trading depending on your version and server. They appear in your inventory as distinct items. Check the Arms Dealer Workstation or the gun's interface for a skin application slot.
Applying a Skin
Place the gun and the skin item into the appropriate slots in the workstation or gun interface. Confirm the application. The gun's model and texture change to match the skin. Stats remain identical — skins are cosmetic only.
Removing or Swapping Skins
Most versions let you remove a skin and recover it, or overwrite it with a new one. If removal is not supported, applying a new skin replaces the old one. Check the interface for a remove option before assuming the skin is lost.
Tips
- Skins are cosmetic, so pick based on preference, not stats.
- If you trade guns, remember the skin travels with the gun unless removed first.
- Keep rare skins in a safe chest until you have a gun worth applying them to.
- Some servers treat skins as valuable trade items — check server rules before trading.
