Craft or obtain a spyglass, then hold it and right-click to look through it. Your character's facial expression will automatically adjust to match the action.

See the One-Eye Closure

When you're actively looking through the spyglass, your character closes one eye while keeping the other open. This realistic aiming behavior makes your character appear focused and adds visual feedback that you're actively using the spyglass.

Stop Using the Spyglass

Release the right-click button to lower the spyglass. Your character's eyes will return to their normal state. The one-eye closure only appears while you're actively peering through the spyglass, making it a dynamic reaction tied directly to your actions in the world.
