View Planets in Your Night Sky

Finding the Planets

Once Planetarium Mod is installed, planets will automatically render in your night sky during nighttime. You don't need to craft anything or enable a special mode—they appear naturally as part of the sky.

Best Viewing Conditions

To see the planets clearly:

1. Planets are only visible when the sun is down.

2. Look up at the sky from ground level or higher. Planets appear at various positions throughout the night.

3. Reduce light pollution by moving away from torches, lanterns, and other light sources. They're easier to spot in darker areas.

4. Check different times of night — planets move across the sky, so their positions change as the night progresses.

5. Use full-screen mode for better visibility and immersion.

Shader Compatibility

If you're using shaders like Complementary, enable the Planetarium Mod's visuals by setting your shader's Sun/Moon Style to "Reimagined." This ensures planets render correctly alongside shader effects and won't be obscured by incompatible sky rendering.
