Enhance Night Sky Visuals with Complementary Shaders
Setting Up Shader Compatibility
Planetarium Mod works best with certain shaders when configured correctly. Complementary is one of the most compatible options.
Configuration Steps
1. Install Complementary shader alongside Planetarium Mod.
2. Launch Minecraft and enter a world with both mods active.
3. Open shader settings (usually Shift+O or through your shader menu).
4. Locate the Sun/Moon Style option in shader settings.
5. Change from default to "Reimagined" — This setting allows Planetarium's planets to render properly without being obscured by the shader's sky rendering.
6. Save and apply settings.
Visual Improvements
With proper configuration, you'll see:
- Planets rendered clearly against the shader's enhanced sky
- Better atmospheric effects that complement the planets
- Improved night sky realism with both shader lighting and planetary details
Troubleshooting Shader Conflicts
If planets still don't appear or look wrong:
- Try other compatible shaders if available
- Adjust shader brightness and contrast settings
- Ensure both mod and shader are up-to-date
- Check mod documentation for specific shader recommendations
