Include the Date in Your Chat Timestamps

Access Date Display Options

Open your mod settings and locate the date customization section.

Enable Date Display

Toggle the option to show the date alongside your timestamp. This adds context for longer play sessions or when reviewing chat history.

Customize Date Format

Choose how months and days appear:

• Numeric format – 01/15 for January 15th
• Named format – January 15 or Jan 15
• Full format – includes the year

Adjust Timezone Display

If desired, enable timezone information in the timestamp. This is particularly useful in multiplayer servers with players across different regions, ensuring everyone understands when messages were sent relative to their local time.

Test the Combined Format

Send a message to confirm the date, time, and timezone (if enabled) display together correctly. The full timestamp should now provide complete temporal context for every chat message.
