How to Transfer Fluids and Energy with Pipez Pipes

Fluid Pipes

Craft Fluid Pipes and run them from a tank, pump, or machine output to whatever needs the liquid. They connect to any block that exposes a fluid handler, including vanilla cauldrons and most modded tanks. Open the pipe GUI to choose extract vs. insert, set a redstone condition, and apply a fluid filter if you only want certain fluids to pass. Fluid Pipes accept the same upgrade items as Item Pipes to increase millibuckets-per-tick throughput.

Energy Pipes

Energy Pipes move Forge Energy (FE) between generators, batteries, and machines. Place them between a power source and a consumer; the pipe auto-detects which side is which. In the GUI you can cap the transfer rate, set redstone behavior, and assign priority so a bank of batteries fills in the order you want. Upgrades raise the FE/t ceiling.

Universal Pipes

If you don't want to sort out which pipe type goes where, use Universal Pipes. They carry items, fluids, energy, and gases simultaneously, auto-routing each type to the correct neighbor. This is ideal for compact builds where running four separate pipe lines is impractical. Universal Pipes use the same GUI, filters, and upgrades as the specialized pipes, so once you learn one you know them all.
