Set Up Your First Night Shelter in the Castle

Choose Your Bedroom

Walk through the castle's interior corridors and rooms. Look for a bedroom that appeals to you—the map includes several pre-furnished options. Pick one close to the main entrance so you can reach it quickly when night falls. Check that the room has a bed; if it doesn't, craft one using wood from the surrounding forest.

Secure the Area

Once you've chosen your room, close any doors leading into it. Check the windows and walls for gaps where mobs might enter. If you find openings, place blocks to seal them temporarily. You can decorate later.

Stock Your Chests

Locate the storage rooms in the castle (usually near the kitchen or basement areas). Place your first gathered resources—wood, food, and tools—into chests here. Organize by category so you can find items quickly during emergencies.

Test Your Setup

As evening approaches, stay inside your chosen room. Light it with torches or other light sources to prevent mob spawning. Sleep in your bed when night arrives to confirm everything works. You're now safe for your first night.
