Avoiding Unwanted Piglin Aggression
Preventing Hostile Reactions
While the Piglin-Chan Resource Pack makes Piglins visually appealing, standard Piglins can still become hostile if you provoke them. Understanding their triggers helps you explore safely.
Actions that cause aggression:
- Attacking any Piglin nearby (all Piglins in the area will retaliate)
- Opening or destroying containers near Piglins
- Attacking Hoglins in front of Piglins
- Approaching without gold items (only applies to standard Piglins; Brutes and Zombified variants are always hostile)
Safe Exploration Tips
1. Carry gold items when near standard Piglins to maintain neutrality
2. Avoid sudden movements or aggressive actions
3. Keep distance from groups of Piglins
4. If you must fight, isolate individual mobs away from groups
5. Remember that Zombified Piglins and Brutes cannot be pacified—prepare for combat
The anime transformation is cosmetic only; mob behavior remains consistent with vanilla Minecraft. Treat them with the same caution you would any Nether mob.
