Troubleshoot Missing or Incorrect Discord Status

Verify Discord is Running

Rich Presence requires Discord to be open and active on your computer. If your status isn't showing, check that Discord is running in the background. Minimize it if needed, but don't close it entirely.

Restart Both Applications

Close Minecraft completely, then close Discord. This refreshes the connection between the mod and Discord.

Check Mod Installation

Confirm the mod is properly installed in your mods folder. If you're using a mod launcher, verify it's enabled in your active profile. Disable and re-enable the mod if status still doesn't appear.

Review Privacy Settings

In Discord's user settings, ensure Rich Presence permissions aren't blocked for Minecraft or your game client. Some privacy configurations can prevent status from displaying even when the mod is working correctly.

Confirm Game State

Rich Presence only displays when you're actively in a Minecraft world or server. Simply having the launcher open won't trigger a status update.
