Use the hold-to-toggle feature to glance at your character or surroundings in third person without permanently changing your perspective.

Steps

1. Locate your perspective toggle keybind in your controls settings (default is typically F5 or a configurable key).

2. Press and hold the keybind while playing in first person.

3. Your view will shift to the next perspective (usually third person back).

4. Release the keybind immediately.

5. Your perspective returns to first person automatically.
