How to Configure Armor Bar Colors and Hide Empty Icons

Finding the Config

All of this mod's behavior lives in its config file and config screen. Open it from the Mods menu on the main menu, or edit the config file directly in your instance's config folder if you prefer text editing. Changes to the config file usually require a game restart, while the in-game screen may apply some options live.

Changing the Wrap Colors

The mod lets you set the color used for each time the armor bar wraps. In the config you will find color entries corresponding to each wrap layer. Set them to whatever hex or preset values you like, keeping in mind that adjacent layers should contrast so you can tell them apart at a glance.

Hiding Empty Icons

If you want a cleaner HUD, enable the option that hides empty armor icons. Instead of drawing a full row of outlines with only some filled, the bar only renders the icons you have actually earned. This pairs well with the option to always show the bar, giving you a compact, always-present indicator.

Compatibility Notes

This mod is client-side, so you can use it on servers that do not have it installed. It is also built to coexist with mods that add extra health bars, so you can run it alongside health-overlay mods without the two fighting over HUD space.
