Finding and Using Wormholes

Wormholes spawn randomly throughout the Overworld near players. Look for glowing portal entities in your surroundings—these are your gateways to Ultra-Space. Walk into or interact with a wormhole to be transported to the alien dimension.

Once inside Ultra-Space, you can explore freely without fear of fall damage. Search the dimension's unique structures to locate and capture wild Ultra Beasts. When you're ready to leave, find a return wormhole or simply jump into the void to exit back to the Overworld.

On multiplayer servers, only one wormhole remains active at a time to prevent conflicts. You can customize Ultra Beast spawn rates and encounter odds by editing the ultrabeasts.json configuration file.
