Track a Friend's Location in Real Time

Sending a Tracking Request

The friend tracking feature lets you monitor another player's position during group play. Open the chat UI and navigate to the tracking or friends section. Select "Send Tracking Request" and enter your friend's username.

Accepting and Viewing Tracking Data

Your friend will receive a notification about the tracking request. Once they accept, their location will begin updating on your HUD. You'll see their direction and distance from your current position, similar to how waypoints display.

Managing Multiple Tracked Players

You can track multiple friends at once. Use the HUD interface to switch between viewing different players' locations. The mod will update their positions in real time as they move through the world.

Privacy Considerations

Both players must consent to tracking. Either player can disable tracking at any time through the mod settings or by rejecting/removing the tracking connection.
