Choosing Your Arch

Select an arch block that matches your build's material palette. The mod provides arches in Purpur, Prismarine, Nether Bricks, Sandstone, and Diorite variants. Consider the span size: 1x arches fit narrow doorways, 2x arches work for grand halls, and 3x arches create dramatic vaulted passages.

Installation Steps

1. Prepare the opening: Clear a rectangular space where your arch will sit. The width must match your chosen arch span.

2. Place the arch blocks: Position arch blocks horizontally across the top of your opening. They curve downward naturally, creating a smooth dome shape without stairs.

3. Add supporting pillars: Place pillar blocks or capitals on either side to frame the entrance and distribute visual weight.

4. Fill the sides: Use matching stone blocks to fill gaps between the arch curve and your walls, creating a seamless transition.

5. Decorate the threshold: Add glazed terracotta patterns or limestone blocks at ground level to define the entryway.

Pro Tip

Combine multiple arch sizes in sequence to create longer corridors. Stagger them slightly for visual interest without breaking the elegant flow.
