Maximizing Cluster Yield and Growth Rate

Setting Up a Cluster Farm

To maximize your resource output, establish a dedicated area with multiple ore blocks. Gather ores from different biomes and arrange them in an accessible location. The more ore blocks you have, the more clusters will grow simultaneously, increasing your overall yield.

Optimal Ore Placement

Space your ore blocks to allow easy access for harvesting clusters. Clusters grow on the surface of ore blocks, so ensure each ore has exposed faces where clusters can form. Avoid burying ores completely in stone or other blocks.

Monitoring Growth

Visit your farm regularly to harvest mature clusters. Harvesting a cluster immediately frees the ore block to grow a new one, maintaining continuous production. Keep track of which ores produce resources you need most and prioritize farming those.

Biome Considerations

Different biomes may influence cluster growth rates or availability of specific ore types. Experiment with placing ore blocks in various biomes to discover which locations yield the best results for your needs.
