Troubleshoot Missing Ore Announcements

Verify the Mod is Loaded

Confirm that Ore Discovery Broadcast Mod is actually installed and active. Check your mods list in-game to ensure it appears there. If it's missing, reinstall it.

Check Your Config Settings

Open the mod configuration and verify that the ore you're mining is enabled for broadcasting. If you recently adjusted settings, confirm the changes were saved properly.

Test with Different Ores

Try mining several different ore types. If announcements work for some ores but not others, your config is selective (which is intentional). If no ores trigger announcements at all, the mod may not be configured correctly.

Restart Your World

Some configuration changes require a world reload to take effect. Exit to the main menu and re-enter your world or server. This often resolves issues where settings appear changed but aren't applying.

Check Server Permissions

On multiplayer servers, server administrators may have disabled the mod globally or restricted it to certain players. Contact your server admin to confirm the mod is enabled for your account.
