Enable and Disable Fullbright on Demand

Toggle Fullbright with Keybind

The mod includes a default keybind to turn fullbright on and off without restarting the game. Press the assigned key (check your Controls settings under "Mods" or "Optimized Fullbright") to instantly switch between normal lighting and fullbright vision.

Verify the Toggle Worked

After pressing the keybind, open your F3 debug screen. Look at the light level values displayed on blocks around you:

• Fullbright ON: All visible blocks show light level 15, even in caves or at night
• Fullbright OFF: Light levels vary normally (0–15) based on torches, sunlight, and other sources

This confirms the mod is responding to your input. You can toggle as often as needed without lag or performance penalty.

Why Toggle?

Some players disable fullbright temporarily to experience normal cave ambiance, test lighting designs, or play with friends who prefer vanilla visibility. The toggle lets you switch instantly without leaving your world.
