Server Configuration Basics

Configuring OpticManager Settings

OpticManager allows administrators to synchronize visual and environmental settings across all players on a server. Only admins can modify these configurations, ensuring consistent control.

Key settings include brightness levels, day and night cycle durations, light intensity during each phase, and player nametag visibility. You can also hide the chat interface for a cleaner experience.

Once configured, all connected players automatically receive these settings, creating a unified gameplay experience. This works alongside other mods, including those that modify sleep mechanics, without conflicts.

Adjust settings to match your server's desired atmosphere—whether that's bright and clear conditions or darker, moodier lighting.
