Mastering the Parkour Sections
Timing Your Jumps on Moving Platforms
Some rooms feature platforms that move or disappear. Watch their pattern for at least one full cycle before attempting to jump. Jump at the moment the platform reaches its peak or most stable position. Don't jump too early or you'll overshoot; too late and you'll fall short.
Building Momentum for Long Gaps
When facing a wide gap between platforms, sprint before jumping. In Minecraft, running gives you extra distance. Aim for the center of your target platform to give yourself margin for error. If the gap seems impossible, there's usually an alternate route using pillars or intermediate platforms.
Avoiding Obstacle Hazards
Purple parkour courses often include moving obstacles or narrow passages. Crouch-jump when navigating tight spaces to maintain control. If obstacles are moving, time your passage between their movements rather than trying to jump over them.
Practice the Same Section Repeatedly
Don't try to complete the entire parkour in one go. Master each section individually. Once you can consistently reach a checkpoint, move on to the next challenge. This reduces frustration and builds muscle memory for the precise jumps required.
