Adjust Terrain Transformation Weights

Once Upon A Stroll allows fine-tuning of how often and how intensely the ground transforms beneath your feet. By adjusting weights, you can customize the balance between visual impact and performance.

Open Configuration Settings

Access the mod's configuration file in your .minecraft/config folder.

Understand Weight Values

Weights control the probability and frequency of terrain transformation. Higher weights mean the effect happens more often; lower weights make it more subtle and less frequent.

Customize for Your Preference

Locate the weighting range settings for players (and mobs if enabled). Increase the weight if you want more dramatic, visible trails with every step. Decrease it if you prefer a subtle effect that only occasionally shows dirt beneath your feet.

Test and Refine

Reload your world and walk through grass terrain to observe the changes. If the effect feels too aggressive or too subtle, return to the config and adjust the values until you achieve the desired balance between realism and performance.
