3. Arrange leaves in the stair recipe pattern

4. Craft leaf stairs

5. Place them anywhere—they will never decay, even without a tree nearby

Using Farmland Stairs

1. Collect farmland blocks (tilled soil with crops)

2. Use a crafting table to make farmland stairs

3. Place them in your build

4. They remain farmland-colored and stable without needing water or replanting

This is ideal for creating natural-looking roofs, foliage details, or terrain features that would normally require constant maintenance. Leaf stairs work especially well for building tree canopies and forest structures.
