Ensure Compatibility with Your Character Model

Check Your Model Type

This resource pack is designed for standard right-handed and left-handed character models. Before installing, confirm your character uses a vanilla-compatible model.

1. Launch Minecraft and view your character in the main menu or in-game

2. Check if your skin uses the default Steve or Alex model proportions

3. If you use a custom model from another mod or resource pack, compatibility may be limited

4. Verify that no conflicting resource packs are active simultaneously

Resolving Model Issues

If holstered weapons don't appear or look distorted, your character model may not be fully compatible. Try disabling other cosmetic resource packs temporarily to test. The holstering effect works best with unmodified vanilla character geometry. If you're using a mod that changes character models significantly, the holster positioning may not align correctly with your custom model.
