Enhance Colored Lighting Effects
Understand Colored Lighting
Nwoof's Wynn Shaders adds dynamic colored light from torches, glowing blocks, and magical items. This creates atmospheric lighting that standard Minecraft doesn't provide.
Maximize Lighting Visibility
Open the shader settings (Shift + O) and locate lighting-related options. Increase values for:
- Light saturation or color intensity: Makes colored light more vibrant
- Bloom: Adds a glow effect around light sources
- Shadow contrast: Enhances the difference between lit and dark areas
Best Practices for Colored Lighting
- Place torches and glowing blocks strategically in caves and builds to see the colored lighting effect
- Use different colored light sources (if your build includes them) to create varied atmospheres
- Colored lighting is most visible in darker environments—night time and underground areas show the best results
- If lighting looks washed out, ensure your monitor brightness is set appropriately and check the bloom setting in shader options
