Set Up Display Overlays and Monitor Configuration
Enable On-Screen Overlays
Navigate to the Extras settings menu in Not Enough Vulkan. Here you'll find toggles for display overlays that show useful information while you play.
Available Overlay Options
You can enable:
- FPS counter — displays your current frames per second
- Coordinate display — shows your current X, Y, Z position in the world
- Notifications — enables pop-up messages for events and status updates
Each overlay can be toggled on or off independently. This is useful for monitoring performance, tracking your location, or staying informed about game events.
Configure Multi-Monitor Setup
If you're playing on a system with multiple monitors, use the monitor selector tool to specify which screen Minecraft should display on. This is particularly helpful if you have a multi-monitor setup and want to control where the game window appears.
Linux Wayland Support
If you're using Linux with Wayland, check the compatibility fixes section for optional patches that improve stability and performance on this platform.
