How to Use NonConflictKeys to Share One Key Between Actions
Binding Multiple Actions to One Key
Normally, Minecraft blocks you from assigning a key that is already in use, forcing you to pick a different button for each action. NonConflictKeys changes how the game reads your keyboard so this restriction no longer applies.
To use it, open the controls settings and assign the same key to more than one action. Instead of rejecting the second bind, the game accepts it. When you press that key in-game, every action tied to it fires at the same time.
This is useful for grouping related commands, such as several hotbar slots or multiple movement or interaction actions, onto a single button. Because the mod activates all connected actions simultaneously rather than one at a time, you save keyboard space and react faster.
The mod works on its own, so you do not need the full Modern KeyBinding mod installed. It is also safe to include in modpacks.
