Disable the Glow Outline Entirely

Locate the Configuration

If you prefer to see no visual feedback at all when hitting mobs, you can disable the glow outline feature. Open your NoHurtFlash config file from the Minecraft config folder.

Turn Off the Outline

Find the setting that controls the glow outline—this is usually labeled something like enable_glow, show_outline, or glow_enabled. Change this value from true to false.

Save and Test

Save the file and restart Minecraft. When you hit a mob, there will no longer be a red flash or glow outline—the mob will take damage silently without any visual indicator.

Considerations

Disabling the outline removes helpful visual feedback that shows your attacks are connecting. You may find it harder to track whether you're actually hitting your target, especially during fast-paced combat. Consider keeping the outline enabled if you're new to the game or fighting dangerous mobs.
