Set Up Reindeer as a Pet with MCPets

Configuring MCPets Integration

The Nogs Reindeer Model includes MCPets compatibility, allowing reindeer to follow players as pets:

1. Ensure MCPets is installed and enabled on your server

2. Check the MCPets configuration files to confirm reindeer are registered as a tameable pet option

3. Obtain or spawn a reindeer mob

4. Use the MCPets taming command or interaction method to claim the reindeer as your pet

Pet Behavior

Once tamed, your reindeer will follow you around the server. It retains its festive appearance and animations while acting as a companion. The pet will stay with you unless released or untamed through MCPets commands.

Server Configuration

Your server admin may need to adjust MCPets settings to enable reindeer taming. Check the plugin configuration folder for reindeer-specific pet options and customize behavior as needed.
