Playing on a Server Without Installing the Mod on the Server

Client-Side Only

No Recipe Book Mod is purely client-side. That means the only place it needs to be installed is your own game client. When you join a multiplayer server, the server does not need the mod, does not detect it, and does not care whether you have it. Your inventory and crafting GUIs will simply render without the recipe book button on your screen, while other players see their normal interface.

Steps to Join a Server

1. Install the mod in your client mods folder.

2. Launch the game and connect to any server as usual.

3. Open your inventory or a crafting table to confirm the button is hidden.

If you are a server admin, do not bother adding this mod to the server — it does nothing there. If a server uses a mod-checking plugin that flags unknown client mods, this mod is cosmetic and does not alter gameplay, but you should still follow that server's rules about client modifications. There are no commands, permissions, or server-side configuration involved.
