Ancient Debris Still Spawns

Ancient debris generates normally in the Nether. You can mine it and smelt it into netherite scrap without issues. The mod only prevents the final steps of netherite progression.

Netherite Scrap Becomes Useless

Once you have netherite scrap, you cannot combine it with gold ingots to make netherite ingots. This crafting recipe is blocked by the mod.

Smithing Templates Are Gone

The netherite upgrade smithing template will never generate in loot chests or be obtainable. Diamond gear cannot be upgraded to netherite through any normal means.

Everything Else Functions Normally

All other Minecraft mechanics remain unchanged. Mining, crafting, enchanting, and combat work as expected. Only netherite-specific progression is affected.

Mending and Other Enchantments

You can still use mending, unbreaking, and other enchantments on diamond gear to extend its lifespan indefinitely, making it a viable permanent endgame choice.
