Explore Caves and Tight Spaces With Better Sightlines

Navigate Narrow Passages

When exploring caves or crawling through tight spaces, your character's arm normally takes up screen space. No Hand Shaders removes this obstruction, giving you a clearer view of the tunnel ahead and any dangers lurking in the darkness.

Spot Mobs and Hazards Earlier

Without your hand blocking the center-left portion of your screen, you'll see hostile mobs, lava, and water drops sooner. This extra visibility is especially valuable in dark caves where every pixel of sight matters.

Mine Ore Safely

When mining ore veins in confined spaces, you can see the surrounding blocks more clearly. This helps you avoid accidentally breaking a block that holds back water or lava, or missing a valuable ore nearby.

Use Torches Effectively

Place torches to light your path. With improved visibility, you can better judge distances and plan your route through complex cave systems.

Tips

  • Bring plenty of torches for consistent lighting
  • The shader works in complete darkness—your visibility depends on actual light sources
  • Crouch to move carefully through very tight spaces
